As an architect at PointSource, I am the technical lead and primary point of contact for a customer's project. While working with customers to discover and analyze their requirements and design a solution, I also lead a team of developers in implementing that solution.
In my first year, I was responsible for leading an internal initiative to standardize new project structure, was the lead developer on a re-architecture and re-implementation of an internal project management tool, and lead an existing customer-focused team through several deliveries, including a comprehensive website overhaul. I currently lead a team of ~12 on a major migration between backend providers for a large insurance company.
